3. Chetan Sakariya:
Chetan Sakariya made his debut in IPL in this year’s edition. He turned up in seven games for the team and claimed 7 wickets at an economy of 8.22. He was bought by Rajasthan Royals for a whopping 1.2 crores for his services.
Much to Sakariya’s delight, he has now been added to India’s squad for the white-ball series against Sri Lanka. The 22-year old seamer has only played 15 first-class games and 7 List-A matches thus far in his career.
With him being the only left-arm seamer in the squad, Chetan Sakariya might well make his national debut in the first ODI. He certainly has all the ingredients to be a future star for Indian Cricket. But how he performs in the series with the ball could well determine his future for India.
