CSK arrives in Dubai for IPL 2021 Phase 2, MS Dhoni seen enjoying Game of Pool- WATCH

The 14th edition of IPL was indefinitely postponed with 29 of the 60 scheduled games played out. The COVID-19 cases among players and support staff inside the bio-bubble in as many as four teams led to the BCCI being forced to stop the tournament with immediate effect on 4th May.
However, the governing body recently announced that the second phase of the marquee tournament will commence from 19th September in United Arab Emirates (UAE) with the final to be played on 15th October at Dubai cricket stadium.

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have landed in Dubai for the remainder of IPL 2021 and are the second side to reach Dubai after the defending champions Mumbai Indians.
The franchise posted a video on their official Twitter handle where the entire team boarded a flight from India to Dubai. The entire video had a ‘Thalaiva‘ Rajnikanth-starrer song as the background music and it included the likes of Ruturaj Gaikwad, Suresh Raina and Deepak Chahar with their skipper MS Dhoni.
The video ended with Chennai Super Kings MS Dhoni enjoying a game of pool with teammate Deepak Chahar. The ‘Captain Cool’ made things more interesting by playing a backhand shot which caught the attention of almost every fan.

Chennai Super Kings in the second spot behind Delhi Capitals
MS Dhoni’s side was second in the IPL 2021 points table before the tournament was postponed on May 4 due to the COVID-19 crisis in the country. They have managed to secure 10 points from seven matches so far after making a slow start to the competition. They will next face defending champions Mumbai Indians on 19th September in what will be the 30th match of the season.
