In the 2020 IPL season, which was held in the UAE due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they defeated the Delhi Capitals by 5 wickets to win their fifth title.

2022- Gujarat Titans

In the 2022 IPL season, the newcomers Gujarat Titans emerged as the champions, defeating the Rajasthan Royals by 7 wickets in the final held in Ahmedabad. The Titans put up a clinical performance with both bat and ball, limiting the Royals to a modest total before chasing it down comfortably. This was the first time that the Titans had won the IPL title, and their victory was widely celebrated by their fans. The team was led by a talented captain and boasted several star players who contributed significantly to their success throughout the tournament.
