Chamika Karunaratne IPL: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) decided to release Mohammad Nabi, the former captain of Afghanistan, and Sri Lankan all-rounder Chamika Karunaratne before the IPL 2023 mini-auction. KKR, who have won the IPL twice, had bought Mohammad Nabi for INR 1 crore and Chamika Karunaratne for INR 50 lakh during the last mega-auction. However, the team has decided not to retain their services for the upcoming season.
