Morgan started playing in IPL way back in 2010. He made his IPL debut for Royal Challengers Bangalore against his current team Kolkata Knight Riders. Eoin Morgan IPL team No. 1 was Royal Challengers Bangalore. He was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders in for 2011 season. From 2011 to 2013, he played for KKR. After that, he skipped the 2014 IPL season. Morgan found a new IPL franchise in Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2015. He played for SRH in 2015 and 2016 seasons but was released by the franchise before the IPL 2017 auctions. He was bought by Kings XI Punjab for IPL 2017.
