Now that all IPL franchises have settled down on their final lineups, fans have begun the countdown for the season of 2020. As every year, Royal Challengers Bangalore fans are again hopeful for fate of their team with the help of new imports from the auction.
“E Sala Cup Namde” says Dale Steyn
Twitter is buzzing with the new video of Dale Steyn. One of the fans asked Dale to say ‘E Sala Cup Namde’ to all the RCB fans. Steyn obliged to the request and after trying for 3-4 seconds, he greeted the RCB fans in their local language. This happened after the completion of Melbourne Derby in Big Bash League at MCG on Saturday.

Dale Steyn shines in Big Bash
Dale Steyn is currently playing for Melbourne Stars in Australia’s Big Bash League. After missing few matches due to injury, Dale has given good account of his fitness in the recent couple of matches. He also seems to be finding his best form with the ball as well. Next few weeks are going to be crucial for him as he is aiming for a place in South African T20 side for the World Cup in October.
Dale Steyn key to RCB’s plans
Royal Challengers Bangalore’s think tank, under the directions of Mike Hesson, will be relying heavily on Dale Steyn in next year’s IPL. He will be having a big role to play along with fellow South African Chris Morris not only on the field but also guiding Young Indian Fast bowling core of RCB.
Fans are already excited with the prospects of seeing Dale Steyn doing his things at Chinnaswamy Stadium. Only time will tell whether ‘Steyn Gun’ helps RCB to end their Championship drought.
