Last year’s runners-up- Punjabi Legends will be led by swashbuckling former Kiwi wicket-keeper and boast of proven game-changers in Evin Lewis, Umar Akmal in the batting department while McLenaghan, Praveen Kumar, Mohammad Sami and Plunkett will spearhead the bowling unit.

Their opponents in Maratha Arabians, have handed over the reins of the side to Dwayne Bravo after Virender Sehwag ended his ties with the franchise. They too boast of a formidable line-up with the likes of Zazai, Malinga, Alex Hales, Faulkner and Kamran Akmal and  Afghan leg-spin sensation, Rashid Khan set to enthral the cricketing folklore.
