MI vs SRH Dream11 Prediction: Sharjah witnesses another 200-plus score from Delhi Capitals yesterday and will host the league match between Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad. Both the franchises started their campaign with losses but somehow pulled it back with 2 wins from 4 matches each. The biggest question will be about how the pitches in Sharjah will behave in an evening game and the pitch for this game being a used one. Both teams have quality batters to exploit these conditions and the team which bowls well should win this game.
Mumbai Indians come into this match after a dominating victory against Kings XI Punjab at Abu Dhabi. Their batting unit has been their strength so far with Rohit and Pollard scoring a fair share of runs and every other batsman contributing at crucial moments. MI started this season with two new overseas pace bowling additions in Boult and Pattinson and both have adapted pretty well to the conditions at UAE. Apart from De Kock’s low returns with the bat, MI doesn’t have any major issues to sort out. They should mostly go unchanged but there’s a slight chance of N Coulter-Nile coming in for Pattinson.
Sunrisers Hyderabad was in a cause of concern when they lost the first two matches this season but bounced back in style to beat DC and CSK to register two straight wins. Rashid Khan is back to his best which has strengthened their bowling attack and their batting hasn’t been at its best but they’ve somehow managed to reach a decent total on board for their bowling attack to defend. B Kumar pulled out of the match citing pain in the thighs, mostly hamstring and there’s still no news on his status. If he’s ruled out for this match, SRH would ponder upon bringing S Sharma or S Kaul into the eleven.
Pitch Report
We can get carried away upon hearing the name Sharjah concluding that it will be a high-scoring game. But there’s a catch with this one being a day-game and a used one. The pitch won’t change drastically but there’s gotta be some slowness and the heat will have its effect on the players and 180 should be the par score.

MI vs SRH Dream11 Prediction
Possible MI Playing 11 – Q De Kock (WK), R Sharma (C), I Kishan, SK Yadav, K Pollard, H Pandya, K Pandya, J Pattinson, R Chahar, J Bumrah, T Boul
Let’s take a look at some best picks for MI vs SRH Dream11 Prediction
R Sharma – He’s the highest run-scorer for MI this season scoring two fifties. With the short boundaries at Sharjah, even mishits travel a mile and if Rohit gets set he can cause mayhem.
I Kishan – The left-handed youngster was left out for a more experienced S Tiwary at the start of the season, but an injury to Tiwary paved way for him to play and he has grabbed the chances so far with an almost match-winning knock against RCB and a useful 30 against KXIP.
K Pollard – He has shown tremendous form in 2020 with a title victory in CPL and has set IPL on fire with two breathtaking knocks against RCB and KXIP. With MI promoting him up the order, there’s a high chance of him scoring high.
J Bumrah – If at all any bowler can overcome the Sharjah threat, it is the yorker king J Bumrah. The 26-year-old fast bowler has all the tools in his kitty to trouble the batsman.
Possible SRH Playing 11 – D Warner (C), J Bairstow (WK), M Pandey, K Williamson, P Garg, A Samad, A Sharma, R Khan, S Sharma, K Ahmad, T Natarajan.
Let’s take a look at some best picks for MI vs SRH Dream11 Today Match Prediction
D Warner – Warner hasn’t been at his usual this season failing to register a single fifty-plus score. He has been getting starts but hasn’t been able to convert them into a big score. Sharjah presents an opportunity for him to score a big one to set the tournament on fire.
M Pandey – He has his troubles against the spinners but the flat track at Sharjah will nullify it to an extent and he can take on the pacers.
K Williamson – He didn’t start for SRH in their first game but has somehow sealed his spot in the eleven as of now with some crucial knocks in their last two matches. He has the range against the pace attack of MI and is equally adept against the spinners.
R Khan – The champion leg-spinner was at his best against CSK returning figures of 4-0-14-0 and he’s the biggest weapon for SRH in this flat track and MI batsmen’s struggles against leggies is quite apparent.
MI vs SRH Dream11 Team Captain, Differential Picks
Team Composition Preferences –
1). All Rounders – Pollard and the two Pandya brothers are the viable options in this category.
2). Batsman – Pick more from this category as we can never know who will go berserk at Sharjah. Give more preference to left-handed batters and openers.
3). Bowlers – Hit the deck pacers from MI and pacers who bowl at the death are good choices and try not to overload in this category.
4). Wicket-Keeper – There isn’t much scope for wicket-keeping points at Sharjah but the batting value Q De Kock and Bairstow provides are high.
Having more MI players in the MI vs SRH Dream11 Match Prediction team is preferable.
Captaincy Picks –
The top-order batsman from both sides like Rohit, Warner, Bairstow, Q De Kock are obvious choices. Try Pandya, Pollard or Williamson as an off-field choice.
Differential Picks –
Q De Kock – His recent form is pretty bad but Sharjah provides a perfect platform for MI’s highest run-scorer in their previous season to get back to form.
A Sharma – The left-handed all-rounder has been impressive with the ball and the short boundaries should help his batting to an extent.
