PJB vs RAJ MPL Prediction Team: IPL Season 13 will be remembered for a lot of things and one of those will be the resurgence of Kings XI Punjab. The Punjabis, after losing 5 out of their 6 opening games, have made one of the greatest comebacks ever seen in the tournament with five straight wins. They are now set to take on Rajasthan Royals, who themselves have everything to play for as they have been the meaning of inconsistency in the tournament. KXIP are currently ranked fourth in the table with 12 points from as many games and a win will take them to 14 points, they will be aiming to win both their remaining games as 16 points will almost guarantee a playoffs place. RR have 10 points from 12 games and need to win their remaining two matches to reach 14 points and then hope for other teams to falter, a loss here will officially take them out of the contest. Last time these two teams met; Rahul Tewatia played one of the innings of the tournament where he smashes Sheldon Cottrell for five sixes in an over to steal the win for RR.

We haven’t seen much dew so far and it’s not likely to change in PJB vs RAJ Today Match Prediction and team batting first will be hoping to reach at least 170 in this high-pressure game.
PJB vs RAJ MPL Team, Playing XIs, Mega Contest
Team News KXIP: The biggest news coming from the Punjab camp is that Mayank Agarwal will return to the team, he should replace Mandeep Singh in the open slot even after Mandeep’s half-century in the last game. Mandeep is likely to move down the order and Deepak Hooda is likely to give way to Mandeep.
Team News RR: Rajasthan registered a big win over table-topper Mumbai Indians and they will not make any changes in their batting. However, a horrible game for Ankit Rajpoot may convince them to include Jaydev Unadkat, who has been in and out of the tournament courtesy his poor performance. Let’s take a look at KXIP s RR MPL Fantasy Cricket Tips now.

Captain Choices
KL Rahul: The captain of Punjab has been in the thick of things with what he is achieving with his captaincy and batting. He has been inspirational as a leader as the resurgence wouldn’t have been possible if the leader is not tough. He has shown the same resilience with the bat scoring 442 runs at an average of 49. His strike-rate of 122 is a bit low but Rahul has been making the tough runs for Punjab.
Jos Buttler: He hasn’t had the kind of impact it was expected from him in this IPL but he has been good with 267 runs at a strike-rate of 142. Buttler started at the top as an opener but has been pushed in the middle-order where he already has a match-winning fifty against his name. Buttler must be eager to have a strong outing against KXIP and should enjoy their bowling attack.
Vice-Captain Choices
Mohammad Shami: It has been so good to see India’s top-quality Test bowler doing so well in this tournament. Shami hasn’t got much support from his fellow pace bowlers (except young Arshdeep who has been very good with 9 wickets so far) but that hasn’t stopped him from taking 16 wickets and making many match-winning contributions.
Jofra Archer: Archer has been the lone fighter for Rajasthan when it comes to pace bowling and has terrific numbers with 16 wickets. What’s more impressive is his economy which is only 6.25 which shows that the batsmen have found him very difficult to score against him. Archer has been great in the past few matches and RR will be hoping for him to come good in this match too.
X-Factors – Differential Picks
Nicholas Pooran: With 312 runs he is not in contention for leading run-scorer but what he is in contention for men with fastest runs. Pooran has a strike-rate of 182 and even his average is a whooping 52 which proves that West Indian southpaw guarantees quick runs.
Ben Stokes: He is world’s leading all-rounder and he showed his prowess with the bat with that brilliant unbeaten hundred against Mumbai Indians in the last match. Before that innings, critics were questioning his position as an opener and Stokes once again proved his critics wrong.
