Karnataka is yet to register a victory over Saurashtra since the 2009-10 season.

Saurashtra also booked a semi-final seat with 6 wickets win over Uttar Pradesh. For them, all the eyes will be on Cheteshwar Pujara who was highest run-getter for India in Test series against Australia. Pujara returned with unbeaten 67 in the second innings and will be essential against Karnataka.
