Titans look to gain some momentum

In the two games played so far, Titans have secured 1 win and 1 defeat. After starting with a thumping 9 wickets win over Knights, Titans faced a narrow 12 runs defeat against Dolphins in their second encounter. Chasing 309 runs target, Titans looked well in control till Tony de Zorzi (89), Theunis de Bruyn (79) and Heino Kuhn (47) were in the middle but the lower order collapse resulted in 296-8 in 50 overs, falling short by 12 runs.

Titans will have to feature without their star pacer Lungi Ngidi against Lions. Finishing at 4-27, L Ngidi was the pick of the bowlers against Dolphins and has got a national call up against Sri Lanka.
