AUS VS SL DREAM11

Australia vs Sri Lanka DREAM11 GRAND LEAGUE TEAM | Australia vs Sri Lanka | ICC CWC 2019

London, June 15, Saturday at 03:00 PM IST

The Preview: Australia vs Sri Lanka

The defending champions Australia will take on Sri Lanka on Saturday at Kennington Oval, London in their next assignment in ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.

With six points in four games, Australia is going hard in the tournament and are favourites against Sri Lanka. The in-form David Warner, Steve Smith and skipper Aaron Finch have looked rock solid in the batting line-up while M Starc, P Cummins and N CoulterNile have led the pace attack quite well. The only concern for the Aussies is the spin department. Adam Zampa has looked off-colour in all the three games before he was dropped in the last game. Perhaps, we can see Nathan Lyon in action at The Oval.

With two back to back washouts, Sri Lanka is low confidence and will look for a solid performance against Australia. In four games, they have managed one win and one loss with two no result encounters. Barring, Dimuth Karunratne and Kusal Perera, nobody else has contributed with the bat. They’ve been bowled out for 136 against New Zealand and 201 against Afghanistan and the time has come for others to take the charge with the bat.

The clash will begin at 03:00 PM IST.
