Afghanistan vs South Africa DREAM11 GRAND LEAGUE TEAM | Afghanistan vs South Africa | ICC CWC 2019
Cardiff, June 15, Saturday at 06:00 PM IST
The Preview: Afghanistan vs South Africa
It’s time for the clash between the two bottom-placed teams in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. Afghanistan and South Africa will face off each other with an eye on registering their maiden win of the tournament.
Both the teams are yet to open their account and are on edge of getting knocked out of the tournament. With three defeats in as many encounters, Afghanistan is sitting last in the table. They faced 7 wickets defeat against Australia in the opening encounter and were unable to pull off in the next two encounters resulting in 34 runs defeat against Sri Lanka and 7 wickets defeat against New Zealand.
South Africa, on the opposite, is breathing slowly with three defeats and a washout in four encounters. Their last encounter with Windies, on Monday, ended in no result due to rain and the Proteas will be eager to go all guns blazing. Interestingly, the pitch and weather conditions are also looking in favour of South Africa- green tops and the overcast conditions. So, can they pull it off rightly and secure their first win?
The clash begins at 06:00 PM IST.
