Afghanistan vs Australia DREAM11 GRAND LEAGUE TEAM | Afghanistan vs Australia | ICC CWC 2019
Bristol, June 01, Saturday at 06:00 PM IST
One of the favourites for the World Cup glory and the defending champions Australia will start their ICC World Cup 2019 campaign on Saturday against Afghanistan. The two teams will lock horns at County Ground, Bristol in the evening.
The reigning champions are soaring high on confidence after winning both their warmup games. Their current form (3-2 ODI win in India & 5-0 clean sweep in Dubai) along with the return of veterans Steve Smith and David Warner makes them one of the most formidable sides in the competition.
Afghanistan, on the other hand, is not to be ignored. The side boasts two of the top three all-rounders in the world –Â Rashid Khan and M Nabi. The spin -duo of Rashid Khan and M Nabi were instrumental in handing Pakistan 3 wickets drubbing in the warmup game.
So, an interesting battle is coming underway. The clash will start at 06:00 PM IST.

County Ground, Bristol Pitch Report-
Unlike the rest of days, Saturday is expected to be a fine, dry and warm day. The sky will be clear for most of the time with the sun shining for long spells. It is the same ground on which West Indies amassed 421 against New Zealand in the warmup game. With the shorter boundaries, another run-fest is expected at the County Ground. Spinners can buy some purchase from the surface with the aid of dry conditions.
