Central Hinds and Wellington Blitz will lock horns at Pukekura Park on Monday in the upcoming fixture of Women’s Super Smash T20 2018-19. Placed at the bottom, Central Hinds are going through a rough patch this season and are still looking for their maiden win of the tournament. In seven games played so far, Hinds have faced six defeats while one of their encounters ended in a no result.  

On contrary, Wellington Blaze are placed second in the ladder with four wins and two defeats and two no results in eight encounters. They would be looking to grab the top spot from Auckland Heats as both the sides share 20 points each and the only difference is in net run rate. Blaze suffered 19 runs defeat in their previous encounter against Otago Sparks while Central Hinds were thrashed by 4 wickets by Auckland Hearts.

So, it will be interesting to watch whether Hinds succeed in  registering their first win of the tournament or will have to wait for their next fixture.
