The Pakistan team is on a tour to Zimbabwe for playing 3 T20Is and 2 Tests. Zimbabwe Cricket is struggling to hold its ground for the past few years. The country was banned by ICC in July 2019 due to the interference of the government in working of the Zimbabwe cricket board and corruption charges. Then in October 2019, they were reinstated again after fulfilling the requirements. After the covid pandemic lockdown, they toured Pakistan in November 2020. Then they played a series against Afghanistan in UAE. Although they have lost both the series, still it can serve as a good practice for the upcoming tournaments.

Zimbabwe batsman’s helmet broken in two pieces
The 20-year-old Arshad Iqbal who made his T20I debut in the 2nd T20I broke the helmet of Tinashe Kamunhukamwe into two pieces. The help from the surface and the height of the bowler got the ball to bounce a little more and it directly hit the grill of the batsman’s helmet. The batsman was surely shattered by the blow on his head. After the concussion test, he was fit to play for the rest of the innings. Kamunhukamwe emerged as the top-run scorer with 34 runs and helped the team to post 118 on the board.

ZIM vs PAK Live: Can Babar Azam can win it for Pakistan?
After getting a below-par target of 119 from the Zimbabwe team, Pakistan is struggling to get going in the 2nd T20I. The trio of Mohammad Rizwan, Fakhar Zaman, and Hafeez have been dismissed. While Babar Azam and youngster Danish Aziz at the crease. They need to score runs at a rate of 10 and Pakistan captain Babar Azam needs to push his strike rate to help the team win the match.
