SRH vs MI IPL: Mumbai Indians are easy to predict. They have a certain gung-ho style of play we are so familiar with. That approach has fetched them an unprecedented five IPL titles. No wonder, the winning mentality is ingranied in the team, and every player knows his role. That very fact also brings a certain degree of pressure on the players. You wink and you may lose your spot. Ishan Kishan is certainly emanating same feelings these days. Not long ago, he earned an Indian team call, and played so well in his first T20I match, that he looked tailor-made for the biggest stage.
But things have taken a turn for the worse for the young wicket-keeper.
Ishan Kishan To Play In SRH vs MI IPL?
Ishan Kishan has been poor in the first five innings, accumulating only 73 runs at a poor average of 14.16. Rohit Sharma was forced to overlook him in the last two games, choosing the fourth overseas player instead; tossing between Nathan Coulter-Nile and Jimmy Neesham in the last two games.
But both Coulter-Nile and Neesham flattered to deceive at their best. Sharma may have to go back to his earlier formula of playing with three overseas player against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
How Ishan Kishan’s Selection May Impact MI Playing 11?
As mentioned above, Rohit may have to resign back to his three overseas players formula. That means, neither Nathan Coulter-Nile nor Jimmy Neesham in MI Playing 11, while Krunal Pandya will have to drop down to no-5 in the batting order as Kishan bats at no-4.
