Jason Holder makes way for Shimron Hetmyer
Shimron Hetmyer replaced Chris Gayle in the playing 11 in the 3rd T20I and with Jason Holder being rested for the 4th T20I, Shimron Hetmyer retains his place in the squad and in all possibility, Chris Gayle might be playing this game ahead of Jason Holder.

The lead selector Roger Harper also said that the decision to leave out Jason Holder was a planned one as they want everyone to have a field day.
Jason Holder is out of the squad on planned rest with a view to managing his workload, while Shimron Hetmyer, who was a late replacement for Chris Gayle in the last game, remains in the squad.
