WI Playing 11: Hosts West Indies will be up against South Africa in the second Test here at St. Lucia. After losing the first Test inside three days, West Indies will be looking to square the series. But it will be a great challenge for the Caribbean side to force a turnaround here. In 29 matches played between these two great cricketing nations, SA leads WI 19-3. 7 matches have ended in a draw. The record and form don’t favour the home team but they have some talented players to turn it around on home soil.
Alzarri Joseph has been left out of the squad for this Test while Shannon Gabriel has been recalled after recovering from hamstring injury. Gabriel might come in for Rahkeem Cornwall as conditions are expected to favour fast bowling. Darren Bravo has also been recalled in the squad as Bonner is ruled out with concussion.

West Indies need its batting order to fire. Skipper Brathwaite will be expected to lead with example while Shai Hope needs to justify his Test spot. The pressure will also be on vice-captain Blackwood to deliver when the team needs him. The fast bowling looks in good shape with Seales impressive in his debut match. Roach will be looking to lead from the front on a pitch helpful for fast bowlers.
