India and New Zealand clashed with each other in the second game of the three-match series in Raipur. The game saw Indian bowlers dominating the Kiwi batters and making mockery of them to bundle out them under 110 and then chasing the target in just over to seal the series in second game.

Mohammed Shami lead the charge with his three wickets and whereas Hardik Pandya and Washington Sundar picked two wickets each along with Mohammad Siraj, Shardul Thakur and Kuldeep Yadav, who had one wickets each, as India bundled out New Zealand for just 108 runs.

For New Zealand, Glenn Phillips was the highest scorer with 36 runs whereas Michael Bracewell and Mitchell Santner played handy knocks of 22 and 27 respectively to power their side to the total of over 100 runs.

Chasing the target, skipper Rohit Sharma (51) and Shubman Gill (40*) made things worse for New Zealand as they batted freely and smashed the bowlers all over the park and guided their side to 8-wicket victory to take 2-0 lead in the series.

He took three wickets and returned with the figures of 3/18.
