KL Rahul: He could be one of the leading probable on the list to score 1000 runs in one IPL season. He opens for the Punjab Kings and has a lot of chances to score big in every game and reach the 1000 run mark. Suryakumar Yadav: He can also be the one to reach that record run tally, he is an excellent batsman for Mumbai Indians and has shown his class and talent for the Indian team as well, he will be eager to go out and score big for the team.
Virat Kohli: One of the leading run-scorers in the IPL is in a good form ahead of IPL 2021. He emerged as the leading run-scorers in the series against England combined across all formats.

Which cities will host IPL 2021?
The tournament will be organized in 6 Cities of India, namely Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. The rest of the venues like Hyderabad, Rajasthan, and Punjab will not play at their venues. This decision sparked criticism but the organizing committee made sure that no team gets a home advantage this season. The decision to host in limited venues was due to the strict bio-bubble protocols that need to be followed while playing in the tournament.
