In the 2019 IPL auctions, Yuvraj Singh went unsold in the first round but was then bought by Mumbai Indians for his base price of INR 1 crore. The legendary Indian cricketer was the man of the tournament in the 2011 ICC ODI World Cup and had left a big impact in the inaugural World T20 in 2007 by slamming six sixes in one over against Stuart Broad.
However the left-hand cricketer went through a rough patch in the recent years and hence had only one bidder in the 2019 IPL auctions.
In the past, Yuvraj has played for Kings XI Punjab, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Pune Warriors and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
