It’s quarantine period and cricketers are busy with their families and loved ones. However, they are not letting any chance go by when it comes to interacting with their fans.
Royal Challengers Bangalore’s Instagram handle saw their very own Yuzvendra Chahal having a live chat session with Chennai Super Kings’s Suresh Raina. The two were involved in a funny conversation and talked about their southern connection and of course Rishabh Pant.

In the video, both Chahal and Raina were seen donning their respective IPL franchise jersey’s. Suresh Raina who ideally had to be in his hometown was present in Delhi, whereas, Yuzvendra Chahal was at his home in Gurgaon.
There was a moment when Suresh Raina‘s video went off and Chahal was looking for his partner, at that very moment, Chahal said that Delhi Capitals might have cut the electricity connection of Suresh Raina’s place as he was in Delhi.
Replying to this Raina said, “Shayad Rishab Pant Chadha Hua hai kahi”, which means, “Rishabh Pant is working on any electricity pole with a ladder”. Have a look at the video;

The Instagram handle of Royal Challengers captioned this hilarious conversation and wrote, “You might have some explaining to do @rishabpant !”
If not for COVID-19, both had been playing in the IPL
The nationwide lockdown due to COVID-19 meant that the IPL had to be shifted. The original schedule for the start of IPL was 29th March but with the pandemic spreading immensely in the country, the Government decided to impose a lockdown till April 15th which was further extended till May 3rd.
New dates for the IPL aren’t yet announced by BCCI, and it remains interesting to see when the competition will get underway. If not for this pandemic, the trio of Rishabh Pant, Yuzvendra Chahal and Suresh Raina had been representing their respective sides in the 13th edition of IPL.
