Seems like the Instagram live chat session is the new way for the cricketers to connect with their fans. Rohit Sharma who was involved with Yuvraj Singh a few days back in a live chat session found a new partner in crime in the form of former Mumbai Indians teammate Harbhajan Singh.
The two had a handy live session where they were seen answering to many questions put up by their fans. Amidst the conversation, Rohit revealed a funny nickname of his teammate and India’s all-rounder Hardik Pandya.

The nickname is none other than ‘Kauwa’ which in English means ‘Crow’. Rohit and his teammates call Hardik Pandya ‘Kauwa’. Here’s the video where Rohit Sharma called Hardik by that name.

Rohit also mentioned in the clip that Hardik doesn’t like being called ‘Kauwa’ and gets angry when someone calls him by that name.
Both Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma play for the same franchise in the IPL
Both Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma play for the Mumbai Indians in the IPL. Rohit Sharma is the skipper of the 4-time champions and Hardik Pandya is one of the most precious assets of his team.
If it wasn’t for the COVID-19 pandemic, both had been playing in the 13th edition of the IPL, and Mumbai Indians would have been defending their title.
What’s next for Hardik Pandya?
Pandya’s much-awaited comeback was prolonged courtesy COVID-19 pandemic. He was scheduled to feature in the home ODI series against South Africa but the series couldn’t get underway due to the coronavirus outburst.
There is no surety on how things will get better as this carnage has been havoc worldwide. A few days back the BCCI president Sourav Ganguly also expressed his concern over the player’s well-being and is not in any hurry to start cricket in the country.
