WATCH: Rashid Khan clean bowled KL Rahul with a beauty

KL Rahul is undoubtedly the best Indian T20 batsmen and probably the best IPL batsmen right now. He had been in splendid form right throughout the tournament. Playing the must-win game against SRH tonight, he got off to a great start. But the man who SRH captain David Warner sent in to tackle the Rahul Challenge was the spin magician Rashid Khan. When two of the best in their departments locked horns with each other it was Rashid, who had the last laugh. He completely bamboozled Rahul with a perfect wrong-un.

Rashid Khan gets the better of KL Rahul

Match 43 between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kings XI Punjab is a must-win game for both teams. With KKR winning its last match against DC, the race for the fourth playoffs spot is tighter than ever. SRH captain David Warner won the toss and decided to field first. KXIP opened the batting with KL Rahul and Mandeep Singh as their regular opener Mayank Agarwal was out with a niggle. They both started off brilliantly, but the partnership was short-lived as Mandeep got out in the last ball of the fifth over. But KXIP fans still had hopes as their captain and one of the best batsmen in the IPL, KL Rahul was still alive in the crease. He negated the rest of the SRH bowlers brilliantly but has no clue whatsoever to the wrong-un of spin magician Rashid Khan. In the first ball of the 11^th over, he bowled a flighted wrong-un which went through the gate. Rahul tried to drive the ball through the off side anticipating the ball to be a leg break and was completely bamboozled by the Afghan spinner.

KXIP in deep trouble

After this wicket, KXIP found themselves struggling to up the run-rate. They started losing wicket at regular intervals and were forced to end their innings on 126-7. Rashid Khan finished with 2 wickets so does Sandeep Sharma and Jason Holder. Rahul topped the batting charts for KXIP with just 27 runs.
