Opening the batting with Sanju Samson, KL Rahul stitched a decent partnership for the second wicket alongside Stand-in India captain Rohit Sharma.
KLassy Rahul
As always Rahul made batting look easy with his classy approach. He was hitting the ball cleanly and with class. The cricketing world was amazed by one of his shots in this match. He whacked Tim Southee gorgeously over covers for a six. Cricketing legends and fans all over the world were absolutely taken aback by this shot that they took to Twitter to express their amazement.
If K L Rahul doesn't score another run ever, that drive over extra cover for six should be immortalized in a logo.

UFFFFFFF! ???
KL Rahul leans a touch, brings his bottom hand into play and lofts it cleanly over extra cover for half a dozen. What a hit! ?

Rahul proves his consistency
Rahul once again looked at his best with the bat in the final game of the series. He notched up 45 off just 33 balls with 4 fours and a couple of sixes before getting out to Hamish Bennett. He ended the series with 224 runs to his name in five innings and even smashed a couple of half-centuries as well.
Rahul’s other scores in the series read 56, 57*, 27 and 39 which could even make him eligible for the man of the series award.
With this innings, Rahul becomes the highest run-getter for India in a bilateral series in Men’s T20Is surpassing his skipper Virat Kohli. Virat Kohli held the record of scoring the most runs in a bilateral series in the T20Is for India previously. He had piled up 199 runs against Australia in three matches in 2016.
