Wasim Jaffer regularly comes with some witty humour and action to make sure his Twitter followers are entertained. He is known for his incredible sense of humour and gives back quick-witted replies to foreign cricket experts, ordinarily against Michael Vaughan who habitually feeds off the traction he gets by posting derogatory remarks about Indian cricket, who never holds back from taking a sly dig at Indian cricketers and cricket in general.
Jaffer once again showed his witty sense of humour on Sunday and found a good use for Virat Kohli’s infamous GIF while responding to a Tweet posted by Wisden India.

Wisden Indian on Sunday asked the fans on Twitter “which player they would love to see in the Indian Test team” if the International transfers were a possibility in cricket.

And Wasim Jaffer had someone in mind who would make the Indian Team even better. Although the former Indian batsman didn’t reveal a name, it’s clear who Jaffer was indicating after using Virat Kohli’s GIF.
It’s no secret that Virat Kohli never holds back on the cricket field and is often seen showing his emotions in full tilt. One particular GIF of Virat Kohli abusing echoes with the pronunciation of ‘Ben Stokes’.

Wasim Jaffer’s Sly Reply To ‘batted like an Australian’ at Gabba
Indian cricket team recorded a famous 2-1 win in four-match Test Series Down Under a few months ago. The fact that India was without a host of superstars for the majority of the tour, especially Virat Kohli, makes the victory all more special and unthinkable. Every now and then Australian cricketers, former and present, give their insight into what went wrong for their team. Marcus Harris is the latest cricketer to join the bandwagon.
What Suryakumar Yadav Thinks About Dhoni, Kohli And Sharma?
The 28-year-old praised Indian batsmen, and reserved special Cheteshwar Pujara who he claimed batted a bit like an Australian.
“The final day was amazing to watch. The thought process the whole day was ‘are they going to for the runs or are they not?’. I think Rishabh played the best innings that day, but for Pujara to be copping an absolute barrage from everyone and wore them down, I felt he batted a bit like an Australian, taking everything on the chest and got on with it. Everyone else batted around him,” Marcus Harris told ‘Cricket Life Stories’.
Jaffer didn’t shy away from taking a dig at Harris’ comments and asked the fans, “wonder why the Australians didn’t bat like Australians.”
