Virat Kohli Instagram live: Before heading on to UK for the World Test Championship (WTC) final and the long English summer, Team India captain Virat Kohli had taken a wonderful initiative on Saturday to interact with his fans on the social media. The Indian Test contingent is currently quarantining in Mumbai ahead of leaving for England on June 2. Kohli decided to do a special Instagram Q/A session with his fans where he came up with some beautiful answers.

One of the users on Instagram asked Virat Kohli to define his bond with captain cool MS Dhoni in just two words. The 32-year-old current Indian captain came up with a sensational response saying that “Trust” and “Respect” are the two words that depict his relationship with former India skipper MS Dhoni. It is quite evident over the years that these two Indian cricketers have a strong comradery both on and off the cricket field and the fans also love to see this special bonding between Kohli and Dhoni. Also, when MS Dhoni was captain of the Indian Test team, he had then backed the Delhi-born batsman a lot despite his poor form in England during the 2014 series.

Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni will together be seen in action once again during the second leg of the Indian Premier League (IPL) which is set to resume in the UAE in the September-October window. However, before the IPL 2021 season resumes, the Virat Kohli-led Indian Test team has a pretty important assignment lined up that is the WTC final against New Zealand scheduled to start from June 18 in Southampton. According to ICC’s recent press release, the Indian contingent will land in UK on June 3 after which they are supposed to undergo a hard quarantine period in the on-site hotel at the Hampshire Bowl.
On the other hand, New Zealand will have time for better preparations and acclimatize well in the English conditions as they are scheduled to play a two-match Test series against England from June 2.
