Karnataka have copped a massive blow ahead of Vijay Hazare Trophy 2019 semi-final fixture against Chattisgarh. It is their premier fast bowler Prasidh Krishna who suffered a muscle spasm in the quarter-final against Puducherry. Prasidh was the most successful Karnataka bowler in the competition, with 17 wickets in 8 games.
Replacement announced
Left-arm paceman Prateek Jain has been called up as the replacement. Karnataka are up against Chhattisgarh team in the semifinals on Wednesday at M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
