3. Bryce Parsons (South Africa)

The South African U-19 skipper is currently the highest run-getter in the tournament after the group stages. He has scored 245 runs at an average of 81.66 with a strike rate of 113.4. The 18-year old has scored a century and a half-century in this tournament. With the Proteas senior looking for youngsters, we can expect Parsons to see in national colours soon.

4. Yashasvi Jaiswal (India)

No batsman has made the headlines ahead of the U-19 World Cup as Jaiswal. The left-handed batsman from Mumbai has lived up to the expectations by scoring 145 runs with two fifties in the group stages. Yashasvi Jaiswal has been dismissed only once in the tournament averaging a mammoth 145. He has been picked by Rajasthan Royals for the IPL 2020 for INR 2.4 Cr.

5. Tanveer Sangha (Australia)

The Australian leggie’s name has popped up several times in the buildup to the World Cup and Sangha has spun his web right. He has picked up 10 wickets so far from just three matches at a brilliant average of 9.20. With leg-spinners becoming more and more relevant to the game, Sangha could soon get a national call-up if he continues to deliver like this.
