Suniel Shetty weighs in on his daughter’s relationship with KL Rahul

Famous Bollywood actor, Suniel Shetty has recently confessed that he’s happy with the ongoing relationship between his daughter and the Team India’s opening batsman, KL Rahul. The lovebirds were spotted in Thailand making the most of the festive season and were clicked by the paparazzi at the Mumbai Airport.

Recently, KL Rahul posted a picture of him and of his girlfriend, Athiya Shetty, in a phone booth where Rahul had quoted the famous line from the Block Buster Hit, Hera Pheri. The caption stated “Hello, Devi prasad….?” as the image of the new couple in town further confirmed their relationship to the world.

Suniel Shetty states that having a healthy relationship with one’s respective partner is essential in today’s workaholic world. He shared similar feelings for his son Ahan who’s also committed in a relationship.

Suniel Shetty comments on his daughter’s relationship

“We love the kids and the kids they are dating. Absolutely love them and I think more than a profession, being happy in life is very important today because that is the space I think that is missing. We were all happy, we grew up happy,” Shetty was quoted saying to The Times of India (TOI).

“I love Ahan’s girlfriend and I love whom Athiya is seeing. I do not have a problem with that, Mana doesn’t have a problem with that and they are happy… We are blessed that they are from brilliant families and so humble and fit into the family like gloves,” he added.
