Kolkata Knight Riders have acquired a strong squad for the IPL 2020. They have added international stars like Pat Cummins and Eoin Morgan. Interestingly, Gill’s U-19 colleague from England, Tom Banton has also been picked up by KKR in the recently concluded auction. Coming back to Gill, the 20-year old could just have a breakthrough season in IPL as he is expected to be KKR’s first-choice opener for the first time since his arrival at the franchise.
