Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced the playing XI for the second Test against England at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground in London. Sri Lanka is looking to bounce back from their defeat in the first Test and level the series.

Dimuth Karunaratne and Nishan Madushka will continue to open the batting for Sri Lanka in the second Test. Pathum Nissanka has been added to strengthen the middle order, where he will be joined by veteran Angelo Mathews.

In the bowling department, Prabath Jayasuriya and Asitha Fernando will lead the attack, alongside Milan Rathnayake and Kamindu Mendis, who have both shown promise in recent matches.
