It is a funny fact that Mumbai Indians have won 4 trophies and all have come in the odd years in 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019. Mumbai Indians also have never defended their trophy successfully and as a matter of fact, Chennai super kings is the only side to defend their trophy in 2011 after winning the cup in 2010 for the first time.

However, Sreesanth has backed the Mumbai Indians to go all the way through and he also told that Rohit Sharma has the team to defend the trophy this time around.
