India’s valorous batsman Rishabh Pant shut every critic’s mouth when he smashed unbeaten 65 off just 42 balls with 4 fours and 4 sixes in the final T20I match of India vs West Indies. Pant was disparaged by critics and his fan after his two consecutive bad performance in the T20I match against Windies. But he soon reminds everyone of his capability when he led India to win the final match and a straight 3-0 series victory.
Pant- the future of Indian Cricket Team
The 21-year-old wicket-keeper batsman is widely recognized as a probable successor of Mahendra Singh Dhoni and when the critics and fans lashed on him because of his poor selection of shots in the first two matches, skipper and Indian team captain Virat Kohli came forward in his (Pant) defense.
Virat said, “We are looking at him (Pant) as the future. He has got a lot of skill and a lot of talent. It is about giving him some space and not putting too much pressure,”.

Kohli highly believes that Pant has got a talent and skill to handle the pressure in international cricket, and soon he will be able to finish the games more consistently.
“He’s come a long way since he’s started. It’s about winning and finishing games like these. In international cricket, you need to tackle pressure differently. If he plays like this regularly, we will see his potential shine for India,” Kohli added.
