Shikhar Dhawan Wife: Things aren’t getting any better between Shikhar Dhawan and Aesha Mukerji. India’s veteran left-hand batter has claimed that his ex-wife has threatened to ruin his career. He has filed a plea in the Delhi High Court against his former spouse. Shikhar has also revealed that Aesha even circulated defamatory messages to the CEO of Delhi Capitals, Dheeraj Malhotra in an attempt to defame the cricketer’s image.

The claim made by Dhawan

A judge at the Patiala House Court in New Delhi recently instructed Shikhar Dhawan’s former spouse, Aesha Mukerji, to refrain from making defamatory or negative statements about the cricketer on social media or to the media. The judge, Justice Harish Kumar, suggested that if Mukerji has any concerns, she should address them to the relevant authorities in India and Australia, emphasizing that protecting a person’s reputation is crucial and one should not intentionally harm it. “She can certainly be restrained from sharing her grievance against him (Dhawan) with her friends, relatives, peers of parties as well as from making it public even before approaching the appropriate authority.” 

He continued, “In these circumstances, she is hereby restrained till further order from circulating any of her grievances against Dhawan or her version of the dispute involved herein or the alleged defamatory and false material against him in social media, print media or to any other forum or to friends, relatives or colleagues of the parties.”
