RR vs SRH IPL: The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have already strolled into the limelight due to their big decision of appointing Kane Williamson as the new captain of the team for the remainder IPL 2021 season in place of David Warner. The development has come after Warner’s poor batting approach in this season so far and this has affected the performance of the team having lost five of their six matches. However, SRH will be looking to revive their IPL campaign in their 7th game of the season against Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on 2nd May.
Sunrisers Hyderabad Playing XI
In their recent press release, the Sunrisers Hyderabad confirmed that they will be making some changes in their overseas combination for this game against Rajasthan Royals. This means senior batsman and former captain David Warner will have to warm the bench with Jason Holder coming back in the playing XI as his inclusion will add balance to the team combination. Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s injury doesn’t looks to be serious one and he might return for this game. It will be interesting to see whether SRH opt to hand a debut to Jason Roy in place of Warner or not.
