Rajasthan Royals will take on Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the eliminator match of the IPL 2024 at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
RCB will be banking on their young pace sensation, Yash Dayal, to lead the charge against Rajasthan Royals in their Eliminator clash on Wednesday.
Yash Dayal has been brilliant for RCB this season, troubling batters with his variations and yorkers. He has the ability to swing the ball, and with conditions expected to offer early swing, Dayal could prove to be a threat for RR, as he looks to make the most of the conditions and exploit the slightest of batting flaws.
For Rajasthan Royals, the spin master Yuzvendra Chahal has been a fine asset this season, consistently troubling batters with his accurate lines and clever variations. Chahal’s ability to extract turn and bowl flighted deliveries, coupled with his googlies, has posed serious challenges for opposition batters. He has experience with RCB’s batting plans given his long career with the RCB camp, so he will look to make use of it to get rid of RCB’s sensational batting unit.
RR will also look to their experienced campaigner, Sandeep Sharma, to provide them with crucial breakthroughs. Sandeep has impressive numbers against the in-form Virat Kohli, and his ability to bowl wicket-to-wicket at the death and generate movement off the pitch could pose serious challenges for the RCB batters.
Let’s take a look at the top three bowlers who will take the most wickets in today’s IPL match.
