While talking to the media, Hong Kong’s spinner Ehsan Khan disclosed that why he bowed down after dismissing the Indian talismanic star Mahendra Singh Dhoni? Ehsan hugely regarded MS Dhoni as ‘the king of cricket’. He even took a moment to praise the Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar as ‘God of Cricket’, but later on, Ehsan continued over the former Indian Skipper.
Ehsan said he always wanted to take the wicket of Sachin Tendulkar or MS Dhoni and he got the opportunity to culminate his dream in the recently concluded Asia Cup when India was playing Hong Kong.
Although, MSD was not the captain and India were led by the seasoned opener Rohit Sharma, but it is his legacy that still makes people awestruck.
“In my dreams, I often think of dismissing Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni. Sachin ko nahi kar paya, dukh hai. Dhoni ka wicket mila… Isliye jhuk key sajda kiya (I wasn’t able to take Sachin’s wicket, but I got Dhoni out, so I bowed down immediately,” reckoned Ehsan Khan.
Khan told the media persons about his plans where once again he wants MS Dhoni to play a vital role. Ehsan will write a book on his cricketing career and will give an essential space to MS Dhoni as an important chapter in it. He said he wants to read the book for his grandson later in his life because, for him, life is a fairy-tale now.
Ehsan got a fan moment while playing a crucial match in UAE and it made him positive about life. It seems like his dream list will soon be ticked.
Undoubtedly, Sachin Tendulkar is the biggest name of the India cricket, but MS Dhoni is also at the zenith.
Let’s see can Ehsan fulfil his dream of dismissing Sachin Tendulkar by any means?
