RCB vs KKR: The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) did not got off to the best of starts in this 15th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The Faf du Plessis-led team lost their opening match against Punjab Kings by 5 wickets even after posting a massive total of 205 runs in the first innings. RCB will now be facing the Kolkata Knight Riders on 30 March (Wednesday) at the Dr DY Patil Sports Academy in Mumbai.
RCB vs KKR, Match 6 of IPL 2022: Royal Challengers Bangalore Player Availability
The disappointing news is that the Royal Challengers Bangalore will once again be without their key overseas players namely Glenn Maxwell, Jason Behrendorff and Josh Hazlewood.
All these three Australian players will only be available after 6 April, 2022 due to national commitments. This means that Bangalore is very much likely to go with the same combination alongwith the likes of skipper Faf du Plessis, Sherfane Rutherford, David Wiley and Wanindu Hasaranga being the four foreign players.
The Royal Challengers Bangalore also have the option of Kiwi explosive batsman Finn Allen. They can also include the experienced Siddarth Kaul in the playing 11 for Akash Deep who struggled to bowl especially at the death.
