The positive news for the Delhi Capitals is that all-rounder Mitchell Marsh has joined the camp ahead of the RCB vs DC IPL 2023 match on Saturday. Earlier after playing just the second game of Indian Premier League 2023 season for the Delhi Capitals, the Aussie big-hitting batsman returned back home for his wedding which is why he missed the last two matches against Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians. In his absence, the overseas pair of Rilee Rossouw and Rovman Powell have not been able to contribute much with the bat in the middle-order and that has been a major reason for the Delhi Capitals’ horrible form in the ongoing T20 tournament.

For the Delhi Capitals, Mitchell Marsh has failed so far to continue his impressive international cricket batting form in the IPL 2023 season. Marsh got out for a golden duck in the opening game against Lucknow Super Giants and then scored just 4 runs in the match against Gujarat Titans. However, he is still expected to straightaway walk back in the DC playing 11 for the crucial match against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
