Ranji Trophy Winner List: Ranji Trophy is the most competitive form of first class cricket in India. Almost every player who has played in the Indian International Cricket team was once a part of his state Ranji team. Currently, a total of 38 cricket teams participate in the league, including the 28 teams represented by each state; and other 10 teams being represented by the union territories and other regions. Ranji Trophy had been in play since 1934 and continues to be the prime national level cricket championship of India. It was due to the unprecedented times of Covid-19 that the Ranji trophy was cancelled in 2021.

Who will win Ranji Trophy 2023
After a one sided yet draw played by the Mumbai Ranji team helped them to qualify for the finals the 47th time. The first semi final was played between Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh where the star studded Mumbai was seen in a comfortable situation. Though the match was drawn, Mumbai secured their position in the Finals of the Ranji Trophy on the course of their huge lead in the first innings. Now the Final is set to be played between Madhya Pradesh and Mumbai, as MP defeated Bengal by 174 runs in the second Semi Final of Ranji Trophy.

Looking at the form of Mumbai, they are claimed as favourites by the strategist. The likes of Prithvi Shaw, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sarfaraz Khan showcast strong contendership against the MP Ranji team lead by Aditya Shrivastava. The track record of Mumbai Ranji team will also serve as a motivation for them and their spirits will be sky high.
