Pretoria Capitals vs Sunrisers Eastern Cape: The much-awaited final of the SA T20 League 2022-2023 between Pretoria Capitals and Sunrisers Eastern Cape is set to kick off on February 12 (Sunday). The game will be played at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg at 5:00 PM IST. The toss will take place at 4:30 PM IST.
The final was supposed to start on Saturday (February 11). However, the rain and water-logged surface at the Wanderers Stadium forced the authorities to shift the game to the reserve day i.e. Sunday.
Besides, the Proteas pacer Wayne Parnell-led Pretoria Capitals are the number unit in the points table with seven victories out of their 10 encounters in the league. They beat Paarl Royals in the first semi-final to book a slot in the final of the inaugural season of the SA T20 League.

The side defeated Johannesburg Super Kings, the number two team of the tournament, in the second semi-final to seal a spot in the finals. SA opener and occasional spinner Aiden Markram, with his fantastic form, will lead the side into the finals.

Besides, the umpires will try to ‘maximize the play’ today to get the result of this vital clash. Considering the DLS, both teams will have to play for at least five overs each for the result.
