PBKS vs SRH Live: The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are currently taking on the Punjab Kings (PBKS) in their fourth match of the IPL 2021 season at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The David Warner-led side are the only team in this tournament who are yet to open their winning account having lost all of their 3 matches against Kolkata, Bangalore and Mumbai. And now in order to end their losing streak, they have once again made a quite a few changes to their playing XI for this game against Punjab.

SRH captain David Warner has lost the toss and the Punjab Kings have opted to bat first. However, the great news for the SRH fans is Kane Williamson is fit and has returned to playing XI for this game. But young swashbuckling batsman Abdul Samad has pulled off his hamstring and thus, he is not playing today which is why Kedar Jadhav will be playing his first IPL game in the SRH jersey. Also, right-arm pacer Siddarth Kaul has come in the side for Manish Pandey.

“Everyone in this franchise are positive – need to learn from the mistakes, those little things in the game. Kane Williamson is in, he replaces Mujeeb. Samad is out with a hamstring pull, Kedar replaces him, Manish misses out as well, replaced by Siddarth Kaul. Conditions over here are very different to what we encountered in Dubai last season. Need to bowl well and get back to winning ways,” said SRH skipper David Warner during the toss.

On the other hand, Punjab Kings who are playing their first game of the season at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai have also made three changes to their playing XI. The trio of Jhye Richardson, Riley Meredith and Jalaj Saxena have been replaced by Moises Henriques, Fabian Allen and Murugan Ashwin respectively. Both the teams will want to come back to winning ways in this opening phase of IPL 2021.
