Punjab Kings’ overseas big-hitting batsman Liam Livingstone is not available for selection in the PBKS vs KKR IPL 2023 match as he is yet to get a fitness clearance from the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) after he suffered a knee injury in December. Incidentally, the England swashbuckling all-rounder has not played any competitive cricket since the Test match in Pakistan where he sustained the knee injury. However, Livingstone’s absence will be a huge miss for the Punjab Kings after his fabulous performance in IPL 2022 where he smashed a brilliant total of 437 runs from as many as 14 matches at a phenomenal strike-rate of over 182 that included 4 fifties.
