Shahrukh Khan put a fight and his 47 runs knock helped Punjab Kings to cross 100 runs mark and eventually they finished on 106/8 in 20 overs.
In reply Chennai Super Kings also had a poor start as opener Ruturaj Gaikwad got out for just 5 runs off 16 balls. Faf du Plessis and Moeen Ali counter attacked and their partnership made the chase for their team. In the end Chennai Super Kings lost a few wickets but that’s not enough from Punjab and eventually in the 16th over Sam Curran hit winning run and Chennai Super Kings won the match by 6 wickets.
