PAK vs ENG: England Squad for Pakistan T20I Series. Check official update

PAK vs ENG: In an important news development, the visiting England team have named their squad for the upcoming seven-match T20I series in Pakistan scheduled to be played later this month. This will be a huge and historic occasion as England are all set to visit Pakistan to play international cricket for the first time since 2005. Both the teams will also be playing as many as three Test matches in December later this year and Pakistan will be hosting England in a Test match after a total of 17 years.

The England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have announced a 19-member squad for the upcoming seven T20I games against Pakistan. The visitors have handed maiden call-ups to the likes of Jordan Cox, Olly Stone, Luke Wood, Tom Helm and Will Jacks. The squad does not includes senior players like Jonny Bairstow, Ben Stokes, Liam Livingstone and Chris Jordan. The pace combo of Chris Woakes and Mark Wood will also be making their return to international cricket after completely recovering from their respective injuries.

England T20I captain Jos Buttler will miss the start of the PAK vs ENG T20I series as he is still recovering from a calf injury. In his absence, all-rounder Moeen Ali will lead the side.
