Not Babar Azam! Pakistan Pacer Hasan Ali’s Wife Names This India Cricketer as Favourite Batsman

Hasan Ali Wife: In the modern-day cricket format, there are a lot of talented batsmen who have delivered stunning match-winning performances on consistent basis for their respective teams. However, India captain Virat Kohli is undoubtedly the best batsman across formats in the current scenario as his numbers in international cricket are extraordinary. Kohli has found one more fan in Pakistan pacer Hasan Ali’s wife Samiya Ali who has termed the Indian captain as her favourite batsman.

During a recent Q/A session on her Instagram story, Hasan Ali’s wife Samiya Ali was asked to name her favourite batsman. To everyone’s surprise, instead of Babar Azam, the Pakistani fast bowler’s wife picked Virat Kohli as the best batsman.

Hasan Ali Wife Samiya Ali originally hails from Haryana, India and her family still lives there. She grew up at her family home in Faridabad with as many as six siblings. Samiya has completed her degree in aeronautical engineering and before her marriage with Hasan, she also worked as a flight engineer for an airline in Dubai.

Incidentally, both Hasan Ali and Samiya had met in Dubai at a mutual friend’s party. The wonderful couple then fell in love with each other before eventually tying the wedding knot in 2019.

Talking about the cricketing action, Hasan Ali will next be seen playing for the Islamabad United as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is all set to resume in Abu Dhabi from 9 June. In the first match on resumption, the Lahore Qalandars will be locking horns with the Islamabad United at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. The final of the tournament will be played on 24 June and the Pakistan national team is scheduled to leave for Manchester on 25 June straightaway from Abu Dhabi after the PSL Final.
