In what comes as a surprise move, the 5-time champions Mumbai Indians who are fresh of a win from the last game have made a significant change in their bowling lineup. The stand-in skipper Suryakumar Yadav told at the toss that Jason Behrendorff has been left out for South Africa’s left-arm seamer Duan Jansen. Duan is the twin brother of Marco Jansen who also is a left-arm pacer and has already playing International cricket for SA. Duan is yet to make his international debut. “Will love to bowl first, the wicket looks dry. The ball comes on to the bat nicely later. Rohit is out, he has a stomach bug. Time to put up a good show. We are going with one change, Duan Jansen comes in, rest all is same.”

Jason Behrendorff IPL 2023 Salary

Australian left-arm fast bowler Jason Behrendorff was bought by the Mumbai Indians team for a price of Rs 75.00 Lac in the 2023 IPL auction. The 31-year-old has previously played for the Royal Challengers Bangalore and the Chennai Super Kings in the IPL. He was with RCB in the 2022 season and was traded to MI for the same amount.
