MI vs KKR: Five-time champions Mumbai Indians are surely not having the greatest of times in IPL 2022 so far. They are yet to open their account in the tournament. They lost both their encounters by close margins and would be disappointed with their performances. Although it’s only the start of the tournament, they would be eager to register their first win and be back on winning ways.

Mumbai Indians surely wouldn’t have wanted the start they have got in the IPL 2022 so far. After witnessing defeats in both their matches, the five-time champions will next take on KKR at MCA Stadium in Pune.

The Rohit Sharma-led side let themselves down in the bowling yet against when they face Rajasthan Royals. Although they displayed a decent batting performance with the bat, they failed to close the game on high. With the returning of Suryakumar Yadav back to the team it will be a massive boost for them as it will only strengthen their batting line-up.
Suryakumar was expected to return in the last game but skipper Rohit Sharma surprised many when he went with an unchanged XI. The right-hander suffered an injury during the West Indies series. He underwent rehab at NCA and joined the Mumbai’s squad a bit late than other players.
Heading into the game against Kolkata Knight Riders, the Rohit Sharma-led side will have all the players available except Jofra Archer, who will miss the entire season.

MI vs KKR : Probable Playing XI for Mumbai Indians
Mumbai Indians are unlikely to make bulk of changes to their team for the match against KKR. With Suryakumar Yadav being fit, he’s expected to walk straight into the playing XI and replace Anmolpreet in the side. Apart from him, they can also bring in Fabian Allen in place of Daniel Sams.
